Freshwater Bay is a family-oriented home and we welcome loved ones to visit at any time. It is a small sized facility with 46 beds. It offers 24/7 registered nurse, couples accommodation, secure garden & facility transport. Our location between the river and the coast offers plenty of options for outings with your loved one, with parks, cafes and boutique shops all just a short drive away. Friends and family are more than welcome to join in for any of our activities. For your peace of mind, we provide 24-hour care by registered nurses who are supported by a dedicated team of enrolled nurses and personal carers. We have the expertise to assist with complex care requirements, and will always discuss your care with you and your family. Staying active and socialising is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Our activity program changes each month, but will always include bus trips and outings, arts and crafts, movie days and theme days. We have a number of volunteers supporting our home and have regular musical performances, fetes, raffles and visits from school groups.
