CraigCare Pascoe Vale is a very loving caring aged care community where we make our residents feel happy, safe, cared for and connected to what’s important to them. It’s not home as they know it but we make their experience as close to home as we possibly can. CraigCare Pascoe Vale contains 140 single bedrooms each with private ensuites. We understand the importance of personal space and our rooms are designed to be comfortable and secure. Each room has generous built-in robes, emergency call button and free to air television. Wi-Fi and Foxtel is also available. Rooms overlook courtyard gardens or meticulously maintained grounds to allow the scents of the surrounding sensory gardens to filter through. We offer ten individual lounge and dining rooms dedicated to different sections of the care community to allow residents a sense of ownership and a feeling that it’s their own dining room. These multiple areas allow for private family catch ups or for residents to catch up with each other which encourages social interaction and a sense of belonging. Our beautiful gardens and multiple courtyards are the ideal place to keep active with tending to the herb and vegetable gardens and for grandchildren and visiting pets to play. If you enjoy gardening, we can arrange planter beds for you to cultivate so you continue to enjoy your gardening, just as you’ve always done. Our expansive garden paths are often used by residents who have formed a walking group for exercise and socialising. Our BBQ facilities are provided for special occasions. Sixteen quiet zones and more spaces that are secluded are also a feature of our design to allow for more intimate family visits. Incorporated in our design is a dedicated dementia area We also provide a beautiful expansive dementia specific garden with walking paths, planter boxes and quiet areas to sit and enjoy the peacefulness and tranquillity of the space. CraigCare Pascoe Vale has an onsite hairdressing and nail salon. Access to our beauty services means you can keep the confidence and happiness that comes from looking and feeling your best. Our residents are cared for by a consistent team of carers and this continuity of staff promotes a sense of family and security and predictability, and fosters strong relationships to be formed between residents and their families and staff.
